MASTER THESIS
Company I worked before As a Master Thesis student at TDK Electronics AG, I focused on automation and Digital Twin development for improving the transformation process of semi-finished inductor coils. I designed a 3D system model using Siemens NX-MCD and developed a Digital Twin for simulation and testing. Using Siemens TIA Portal, I conducted simulations to evaluate and optimize different gripper systems, contributing to enhanced process efficiency and system performance.
TDK ELECTRONICS
At TDK Electronics, I worked on process improvement and automation in both India and Germany. As a Graduate Engineering Trainee, I handled process documentation, implemented a stoppage management system, and supported the installation of testing equipment. Later, during my internship in Germany, I conducted a detailed study of the manufacturing process to identify areas for efficiency gains through automation. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in manufacturing systems and industrial optimization.
